Safe home for Children

Project mission

We are a group of private persons, that built up an orphan house in Kathmandu, Nepal, in 2011. We started with 38 children and at the moment we give 70 children a safe home. Every month there are coming more. Most of them are just left in front our door, because many poor families think their children find a better future here then on the streets. We are looking for school places for each of them. They get rice and vegetables every day and on special days like christmas for example we try to buy some meat and sweets. We have volunteer people helping the children doing homeworks, learn cooking and do sports.
