In Burkina Faso, less than 30% of the women over 15 know how to read and write. A fact that TuaRes is fighting against with its various school and post-school programs. With our help, girls are able to visit school and to learn. We have also created so called girl-friendly spaces in which the girls can recover and play during their breaks. We have established libraries with French and English books. So, in case you have French books for girls aged 6-18 or very basic English books, we would be pleased if you would like to make a donation in kind.
