Great news from Kenya

We are delighted to receive this message from our friend and „ParticiPaider“ Michael (Loose): „Yesterday we inspected the progress of the works at St. Augustine Education Centre with the two directors, Judy Nyambura and Simon Chege. The school provides education to almost 400 kids from the slums of Kihunguro and Gitambaya - north east of Nairobi - and has to move out from their current shelter. Most of these kids come from HIV affected, extremely vulnerable and poor families.
Thanks to various sponsors and partners including the #GermanSchoolNairobi, the #Kreuzgymnasium in Dresden, the #Lutherschule in Hannover, the #KöniginkatharinenstiftGymnasium in Stuttgart, the #LionsClubCologne, #ParticiPaid and many private donors, the new school is almost completed now and the kids will move to their new building during the next month.
It was awesome to experience and feel the excitement, power and joy of these wonderful kids and their great teachers. Thanks to ALL who have contributed to make this happen!!!“ - Warm congratulations to „St. Augustine Education Centre“, to Michael and the entire team of supporters for almost completing the school building and all the best for the kids and their teachers moving there very soon.
